Job Summary:

Crescens is seeking a skilled Power BI Reports Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing dashboards for NC FAST using Oracle and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify reporting requirements for NC FAST Case Management System dashboards
  • Implement recommendations to effectively report data of mid to high level complexity
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document data interfaces and reporting solutions
  • Enhance existing data extracts and reports to ensure they continue to meet business needs
  • Understand underlying data sources and interpret requirements provided by the business to analyze operational issues and develop diagnostic and/or tracking data via reports and dashboards
  • Gather and document requirements for new and existing data extracts and reports
  • Develop complex queries against big tables storing CLOBS/XML and necessary supporting data structures
  • Write effective SQL queries that perform well even against large tables
  • Analyze existing queries and reports and extract data to fix issues and develop operational performance metrics and reports

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle and Power BI
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
