Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Lake City, FL. As a mobile X-Ray and EKG service provider, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic imaging services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate portable radiology equipment to produce diagnostic quality images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Drive company vehicle with radiology equipment to various locations to perform X-ray/CT exams as ordered by physicians.
  • Obtain and scan required exam-related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis.
  • Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
  • Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
  • Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment.
  • Train other technologists as required.
  • Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
  • ARRT Certification and CT Registry with MRI experience.
  • Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times.
  • Maintain required State licenses and operational requirements.
  • COVID vaccination required.

The Radiologic Technologist may push/pull anywhere from lbs. With the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys, this weight decreases. When the tech is pushing/pulling the equipment in a facility or home; however, the weight can increase. 50 lbs of force (or more) can occur 16 to 24 times a day.
