Job Title: Front End Department Leader

As a Front End Department Leader at King Soopers, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in the front end department. You will be the face of the store, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Manage and control inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales promotions and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a front end department.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates, customers, and other departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
