Restaurant Leader

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Food Safety certification and high school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
