About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Homeownership and Repositioning Program Manager. This role is responsible for administering and supervising homeownership programs, managing property acquisitions and repositioning, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops, coordinates, plans, monitors, and manages various homeownership programs, determining ongoing eligibility for funding.
  • Provides technical assistance to program participants and identifies appropriate community support resources.
  • Develops and maintains partnerships with financial institutions and other pertinent agencies to implement homeownership opportunities.
  • Recruits eligible residents from housing programs for participation through education and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluates properties for potential acquisition or repositioning and makes recommendations.
  • Maintains knowledge of regulatory compliance for affordable housing programs.
  • Develops and implements transitional and operational plans for repositioned properties.
  • Works with site management teams to ensure operational success of the housing portfolio.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in real estate, with understanding of related financing concepts; some experience in developing and maintaining partnerships for homeownership opportunities; and experience in regulatory compliance for affordable housing programs.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Realtor License and valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
