About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, US.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a full-time hybrid Project Cybersecurity Lead, you will lead the charge in protecting our critical systems and infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of cybersecurity are met.

  • You will work closely with teams across the business (IS&T, Engineering, Project Management) to strategize and implement robust cybersecurity measures.
  • Your responsibilities will include planning security activities, analyzing program security needs, identifying training needs, and taking responsibility for Cost / Quality / Delay of Program Cybersecurity deliverables.
  • You will establish Cybersecurity Architecture and allocate requirements, apply Cybersecurity Assurance Level and define Cybersecurity Operating Procedures, evaluate the Project/Program achieved Cybersecurity level, and provide support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities.
  • Cascading requirements to suppliers and managing Third Parties Risks is also a key aspect of this role.

However, some essential qualifications include:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity in various environments, including direct responsibility for hands-on architecture, design, and development.
  • Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, APTA.
  • Familiarity with Project Management practices and methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with auditors and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze program security needs and develop appropriate security objectives and strategies.
  • Proficiency in defining Cybersecurity Architecture and allocating requirements.
  • Experience in cascading requirements to suppliers and managing Third Parties Risks.
