Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concessions/Bartender to join our team at the Center for the Arts in Coral Springs, FL. As a Concessions/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patrons and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Concessions crew in setting up the bar, preparing drinks and food, and cleaning up after events.
  • Provide professional service to patrons, including greeting them and preparing drinks as requested.
  • Communicate effectively with the Concessions Lead and General Manager during events.
  • Escalate any patron disputes to the Concessions Lead or General Manager.
  • Set up and break down the bar and concession stand before and after each event.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by at least six months of customer service experience in a theater, bartending, or customer-related service environment.
  • Concession or food service experience preferred.
  • TIPS Certified or similar bartender certification.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Experience using a POS system and/or similar software preferred.
  • Valid State of Florida Driver License.
