Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and lead daily activities on assigned line.
  • Train new and existing employees.
  • Conduct team meetings and share relevant information.
  • Maintain safety standards and conduct safety talks and walks.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and quality communication.
  • Guide and assist team members to achieve and adhere to schedules and manufacturing requirements.
  • Track machine and part status, identify problems, and resolve issues.
  • Develop productive team relations through interaction, coaching, and guidance.
  • Communicate with Group Leaders on areas of concern.
  • Manage and oversee Lean systems.
  • Post and update daily, weekly, monthly, and other metrics.
  • Conduct RCA to identify true cause of issues and develop effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Oversee quality in the line and initiate corrective action.
  • Hold meetings with team members and respond to feedback.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory/leadership experience.
