We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Community Medical Center. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to patients and families, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and other tasks as assigned by the nursing team.
- Assist with phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in patient education and support, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- CNA license in the state of Montana required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must obtain BLS Healthcare Provider certification within 90 days of hire.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.
- Experience in medical terminology preferred.
This is a full-time night shift position, working every third weekend.
