Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical histories.

- Participate in patient education and counseling to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical/surgical setting.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
