Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Resident in Medical Surgical Oncology at Broward Health Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients with complex medical and surgical needs.
  • Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide interventions and evaluate patient responses to care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
  • Newly licensed RN may apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area.
  • Registered Nurse licensure and BLS through AHA or Red Cross.
