Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain consistent attendance in line with hotel standards, adjusting to the hotel's scheduling needs.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient operations.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • May need to disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms for deep cleaning purposes.
  • Deep cleaning responsibilities may include changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, and addressing minor furniture scratches.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and evaluate options quickly and accurately.
  • Capability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
