Dish Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dish Attendant to join our team at Delaware North Gaming in Hamburg, New York.
Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including equipment, floors, and storage spaces.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and dish machines are properly sanitized and maintained.
- Remove trash and recyclables from the dish room and transport to the designated areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
