Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Crystal Springs Services team as a Dishwasher. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen environment.

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils, and place them in racks to be washed in the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes, ensuring they are properly sanitized and ready for use.
• Change the dish water in the dish machine every hour to maintain optimal cleaning conditions.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand, using the appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques.
• Remove trash and garbage from the kitchen area and dispose of it properly.
• Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions, as needed.
• Wipe up any spills or messes to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Notify management if the dish machine's wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
• Practice good hygiene by washing your hands before handling clean dishes.

• Must be 17 years or older.
• Must be able to frequently move or lift objects up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to a 10th grade level.
• Must be able to understand recipes, station guides, sanitary practices, proper equipment use, service etiquette, and safety guidelines.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
