Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in multifamily or podium deck/post tension projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing project schedules, supervising on-site subcontractors, and ensuring quality control. They will also act as a mediator for any issues that arise between subcontractors, suppliers, and staff.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful applicant will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving project goals.
