Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to create, update, and manage project schedules.
  • Create Master Project Schedules, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of required construction activities and logic sequencing.
  • Maintain and distribute three-week schedules to stakeholders, ensuring accurate information exchange.
  • Oversee on-site management, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring quality control measures are in place.
  • Act as mediator for subcontractor/supplier and staff-related issues.
  • Administer first aid when necessary.
  • Approve material requests and delivery.
  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing field construction processes.
  • Participate in third-party inspections, such as geo-tech and structural engineer reviews.
  • Report deficiencies, problems, and delays to the project manager.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Previous experience in multifamily or podium deck/post-tension construction is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects successfully from start to finish.
  • Proven team leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction software.

  • An attractive base salary of $60,000 - $90,000 per annum.
