Key Responsibilities- Deliver post-acute care to patients as an LPN
- Monitor patients' physical and mental well-being, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns
- Perform intakes of patients, documenting their health concerns and medical histories
- Review patients' medical records and charts
- Administer and verify medications properly
- Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
- Adhere to care plans for patients and assist medical staff with orientation and training
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High School diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
- Competitive hourly pay range: $41-$53 (25% higher than average)
