Nurse Resident Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Enid, OK.
As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
This role is ideal for new graduates or individuals eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program, with a strong desire to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care, including specialized tasks and procedures, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills, with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Eligibility to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program or recent graduation from a Nursing Program.
- Ability to pass the NCLEX exam within 6 months of hire or within 2 attempts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
