Nurse Resident Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Enid, OK. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and developing your nursing skills under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Perform basic patient care, including specialized tasks and procedures, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Develop population-specific competencies and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
- May be required to float to other units and participate in on-call status.
- Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and maintain a safe and secure environment for patients.
- New graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program with eligibility to take the NCLEX exam.
- Must be able to pass the NCLEX exam within 6 months or on the 1st or 2nd attempt.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
