Senior Outpatient Psychiatrist

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at Psycheiatreat, LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing complex psychiatric cases in an outpatient setting. This role requires expertise in emergency psychiatric care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to legal and ethical standards in psychiatry.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex psychiatric cases in an outpatient setting, providing emergency psychiatric care and intervention as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
- Develop and implement suicide prevention strategies, utilizing evidence-based practices to support patients with high-risk behaviors.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for personality disorders and co-occurring conditions, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR), adhering to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a medical degree (MD/DO) and board certification in psychiatry. A valid and unrestricted medical license is also required, along with proficiency in complex case management and emergency psychiatric care. Previous experience working with veterans, first responders, or trauma-affected populations is highly desirable.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- An annual CME allowance of $5,000 to support ongoing professional development.
