Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and rotating stock.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized assistance and promoting sales growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
