Nurse Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ciena Healthcare Management, Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to our residents.
- Supervise and mentor our LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members to ensure exceptional care.
- Assess and address the health needs of our residents, collaborating with physicians to implement new orders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop plans of care to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
