We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, Connecticut.
As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working independently and with autonomy, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small community hospital setting, with a focus on providing personalized care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Admit and round on patients independently
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Work closely with different specialties to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- A highly competitive salary range of $230,000-$350,000 annually
- A comprehensive benefits package, including night differential and generous allowances for CMEs/Dues
- A relocation stipend may be available where appropriate
- A financially stable and growing hospital system with a multi-specialty practice
