We are seeking a skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team at AdvancedPCB. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for drilling on rigid and rigid-flex multilayer printed circuit boards using state-of-the-art CNC drilling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drill holes on printed circuit boards with precision and accuracy
  • Perform quality verification of product to ensure high-quality output
  • Assist in gathering supplies and materials as needed
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Excellent work ethics, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic computer knowledge is helpful

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand and move around through the entire shift
  • Able to consistently lift 25 pounds
