Job Overview

Katie's PET DEPOT is seeking a skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch grooming services to our furry clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional grooming services, including haircuts, baths, brush and comb, flea treatment, furminator, and nail clipping and grinding.
  • Advise clients on grooming needs and recommend services and products that benefit their pets.
  • Work with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide price quotes to clients in accordance with store pricing policies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the grooming facility.
  • Maintain all grooming tools in good working order.
  • Make recommendations to customers who wish to purchase grooming supplies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of commercial grooming experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in grooming all common breeds of dogs.
  • Understanding of dog behavior and ability to handle dogs of all sizes and ages.
  • Expertise with all grooming tools, including own clipper and scissors.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with all clients.
  • Ability to solve problems and resolve issues with customers.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
