  • Talent Development: Assist with the development and retention of talent, identifying and developing future leaders within our organization.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the opening and closing of the store, ensuring that all operational procedures are followed and that our store is secure.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required; 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office programs required.
