  • Customer Support: Understanding and troubleshooting complex customer issues on production environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with to understanding of purpose, presentation of plan, communication of progress and presentation of targeted deliverable.
  • SQL and PL/SQL: Hands on writing and tuning complex sub queries, SQL Server/T-SQL, MYSQL, SQL, PL/SQL stored Procedures, and Triggers.
  • API and Webhook: Expert in REST API, webhook technologies, C# plugins.
