### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team at Frito-Lay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

### Key Responsibilities

* Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products to assigned stores, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
* Sell and merchandise products to store managers and customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
* Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
* Collaborate with store managers to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement effective sales strategies

### What You'll Need

* 21 years of age or older
* Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain additional licenses or endorsements as required
* Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
* Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
