Job Summary

As a Certified Medication Aide at Trilogy Health Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to safely prepare, administer, and document all medications used in the health campus. You will also maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations. Additionally, you will verify that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist. You will follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications and participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation. You will also assist residents with daily needs such as personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed. You will observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted. You will work with a high-quality, collaborative team.

Travel Requirements
Regional Travel: Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.
Full Travel: Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company's footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI AND KY) where license or certification is applicable.

Requirements
Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification. (STNA, CNA, SRNA)
Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
At least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
