Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in St. Louis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading electrical design projects and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish project design approach and lead client management
  • Attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings
  • Present design to clients and coordinate with other disciplines and consultants
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Participate in all design and construction phases of projects
  • Responsible for scope, schedule, budget for own scope of work
  • Own all projects related to project delivery
  • Manage teams and assist other project team members in workplan development and maintenance
  • Participate in project debriefs and lessons learned sessions
  • Oversee development of fully coordinated quality design documents
  • Lead in planning, design, and documentation of projects
  • Communicate and improve design processes with other team members
  • Mentor other Designers and Engineers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in healthcare, higher education, and/or science & technology market sectors preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to read and interpret information
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local building codes and safety laws
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Google: Mail, Calendar, Drive, Apps, AutoCAD, Revit
  • SKM Power Tools - Electrical System Analysis, Various lighting design software
