Job Title: Customer Service Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at Watsco. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Sales team and Sales Center.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to the Sales team and Sales Center
* Serve as a liaison between the company and its customers
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
* Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Prior customer service supervisory or lead experience required
* High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience
* Strong customer service soft skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Well organized, detail oriented and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Sales experience strongly desired
* Bilingual Spanish preferred
