Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Chrono24. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a multilingual team and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for our customers around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multicultural team of customer care & support team members, working closely with teams from our international locations.
- Listen to team members' feedback and involve appropriate resources to resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Develop existing processes and training needs with your team and colleagues from other areas.
- Set clear team goals and control the success of your team based on defined KPIs, summarizing results in regular reports.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking, shaping your team and motivating them to achieve their best.
- Act as a contact and escalation point for your colleagues, suggesting and organizing team-building activities.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a customer service executive, familiar with dealing with challenging customers.
- A strong sense of unity, empathy, and a cooperative management style, with a willingness to share knowledge and skills with your team.
- Experience working with groups of team members across the globe to achieve a common customer service experience.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with further foreign language skills a plus.
- Proficient in using standard Office programs and able to learn new systems quickly.
