We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Technician. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.

About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Setting up and operating hemodialysis machines
  • Recording patient statistics and observations
  • Building long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Providing education and support to patients on kidney dialysis-related topics

Requirements

To be successful as a Patient Care Technician, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfort working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
