Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct routine patient assessments and document patient information
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
