Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to work varied hours, including night, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform visual inspections, read production guides, and product labels
  • Ability to properly use cleaning chemicals and handle food products per State and County laws, and WinCo standards
  • Ability to read and follow written work assignments and instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
