Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Outbound Mammoth. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Maintenance: Ensure that all guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with linens and amenities.
  • Corridor and Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of corridors, public areas, and housekeeping storage spaces.
  • Housekeeping Cart and Storage Management: Keep your cleaning cart and housekeeping storage areas fully stocked and organized.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Master the proper use of all equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Lost and Found Management: Handle lost and found items with care and professionalism.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly and efficiently to ensure the security and safety of our guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous hospitality experience in a 3 or 4-star environment preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask and complete job duties with speed and attention to detail.
  • Language: Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language.
  • Availability: Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear.
  • Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8 hour work shift.
  • Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs.
