**About the Role**

At SEKO Logistics, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Enter shipment data into our systems, including recoveries, PODs, and alerts

• Schedule pick-ups and manage customer accounts

• Resolve issues with shipments by collaborating with our partners

• Comply with our C-TPAT Security Profile and uphold our Core Values

**Requirements**

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role

• Logistics industry experience a plus

• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and general computer functions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
