We are a trusted renovation team at Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA, committed to excellence and client satisfaction. As an experienced sales/design consultant, you'll have the opportunity to turn clients' home dreams into reality.

This six-figure opportunity is commission-based with training pay and a draw against commission, offering competitive rates on all sales. In addition to the commission structure, top-performing associates can earn performance-based bonuses.

Job Summary:

  • Provide expert guidance on materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring client choices align with their aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, and budgetary considerations.
  • Create a positive, inviting atmosphere for customers and colleagues as an organized and welcoming team member.
  • Stay current with industry trends and expand product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Exceed sales targets as a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual.
  • Multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.

About the Role:

  • Engage and guide customers in making informed choices that meet their budget and design goals.
  • Present product features, advantages, and benefits in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Generate detailed design plans, layouts, and renderings using industry-standard software tools.
  • Work closely with project management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of design plans.
