Job Summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our trans-disciplinary team, you will work with families to provide home-based services and support the development of infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to infants and toddlers in their homes, utilizing a parent coaching model to support family engagement and participation.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families, including child care providers, medical providers, and social service agencies.
  • Develop, monitor, and review Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure effective service coordination and family support.
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of our trans-disciplinary team.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
