Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

This role will involve working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, education, and support. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Providing direct patient care, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Alaska.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong clinical skills, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 7:00PM-7:00AM shifts. You will be required to wear scrubs and follow the hospital's dress code policy. Weekend and on-call requirements are up to every other weekend, sometimes less.
