We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Animal Clinic Northview, Inc. Our clinic is a 35 doctor, 24-hr emergency, AAHA accredited veterinary practice located in North Ridgeville, Ohio.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling emergency situations calmly and professionally, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a part-time position, working 16-24 hours per week, with a focus on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in clients and patients
  • Provide information and educate clients
  • Billing and rooming patients
  • Answer phone lines and respond to client inquiries
  • Clean and maintain the waiting area and exam rooms
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in animal health care or veterinary clinic
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
