Position Overview: Liquid Coating Specialist

The Liquid Coating Specialist is responsible for the preparation and application of liquid coatings on metal sheets and plate components. This role requires a focus on cleanliness, precision, and safety during the painting process.

Primary Duties:
  • Thoroughly clean and mask components prior to the application of coatings
  • Detect and rectify any imperfections such as cracks or inadequate welds
  • Select and utilize the correct application tools based on the properties of the liquid coating
  • Adhere to manufacturer guidelines for the application of liquid coatings
  • Examine coated components for any defects and carry out necessary touch-ups
  • Keep painting equipment in optimal working condition
  • Fulfill additional tasks as assigned
