Job Summary

The Liquid Coating Specialist is responsible for preparing and applying liquid coatings to parts made from sheet metal and plate. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparation and Application

Clean and mask parts prior to coating, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Select and use appropriate application tools according to coating characteristics.

Quality Control

Inspect parts for coating defects and repair any defects before releasing the part from the area. Identify and report any defects or issues with the coating process.

Maintenance and Housekeeping

Maintain tools and equipment used for coating tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition. Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a smooth coating process. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to report any issues or concerns.
