Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain essential applications and workflows utilizing Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • Transform business needs into user-friendly workflow designs.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Create comprehensive system design documentation and architectural plans.
  • Guide business users in generating their own reports and applications using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Assist in the documentation and maintenance of Data Dictionaries.
  • Foster a deep understanding of our existing application portfolio.
  • Contribute to the establishment of development standards and procedures for effective source and deployment management.
  • Engage in critical decision-making regarding software integrations and technology selections.
  • Continuously improve the usability and performance of our applications and automation solutions.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and prepare release notes for new features.
  • Stay updated on technology advancements and emerging products.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a full-stack development role.
  • Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Design, C# programming, MVC, and .NET 5+.
  • Solid understanding of SQL queries, SQL Server, and relational database technologies.
  • Experience in REST API development and middleware integration.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Razor pages and Blazor UI.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficient in Object-Relational Mapping and NHibernate.
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications.
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions based on accurate analysis.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred experience in developing or maintaining customer-facing hybrid web applications.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore development teams is a plus.
