Transforming Cancer Treatment

Accuray is a leading developer of radiotherapy systems for cancer treatment. We're seeking a Strategic Product Sourcing Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that give hope to cancer patients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Product Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply base strategy for new product development, sourcing, and lifecycle value improvement projects. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and procurement teams to ensure technology match and capable product and factory fulfillment requirements are met.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain management, or related field
5 years of relevant experience in sourcing and supply chain management, preferably in the medical device industry
3 years of product sourcing experience
Demonstrated success in implementing best practices in global sourcing
Strong understanding of quality assurance programs (ISO, FDA), ERP systems, and manufacturing related processes
Negotiation experience and ability to meet cost targets
Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with product development and NPI teams
Experience in fostering collaborative relationships with suppliers to drive innovation and cost savings
Excellent verbal, written, and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25%

Preferred Qualifications

Engineering or manufacturing background
Experience within the medical device industry
Direct experience working within SAP S4 HANA

Pay Transparency

The range for this position is $111,500 - $153,000. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential, and internal pay parity. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
