Job Description

Tax Senior Manager - Global R&D Credits

Location:

Denver, CO (hybrid on-site position, with at least a couple days a week in the office)

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quarterly and annual global R&D credit calculations for tax estimation and income tax provisions.
  • Conduct global R&D credit studies and prepare corresponding calculations.
  • Schedule and conduct informational interviews to identify eligible credits.
  • Investigate opportunities to expand R&D credit claims and respond to tax notices and inquiries.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and assist with audit support and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on the shared network for easy information sharing.
  • Develop relationships with and mentor junior staff or interns.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of US federal and state R&D credit, income tax compliance, and US federal income tax accounting.
  • Knowledge of foreign R&D credit preferred.
  • Automation experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to learn and develop new functions and features.
  • Focus on meeting key goals and deadlines.
  • Embrace opportunities to increase knowledge and learn new skills.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and adapt to changing conditions.
