Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top primary care providers and clinical staff.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, residency programs, and professional organizations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on primary care.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
  • Exceptional hiring partner with strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
