The Project Interior Designer for Healthcare will be responsible for leading a diverse team and building lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare market. This role requires a creative thinker who can formulate designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement interior design strategies that meet client needs and expectations.
- Oversee and contribute to interior design contracts and presentation documents in all project phases.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and project management skills.
- Establish and develop expertise in particular fields or areas of interior design.
- Lead and coordinate teams of designers, architects, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects.
- Local to Orlando, Florida.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Bachelor's degree in interior design.
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare interior design.
MUST HAVES:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent client management and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills with strong follow-up.
- Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct, and evaluate the work of others.
- Able to take direction as well as lead.
- Strong healthcare finish material knowledge and application.
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, and Photoshop.
