Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Room Service Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering meals and providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and enjoy working in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver meals and provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
  • Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
