Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering educational programs that meet the needs of our staff. You will work closely with our department manager to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate these programs, ensuring they are effective and relevant. You will also serve as the primary contact person for professional staff orientation, organize and facilitate clinical competency testing, and assist in coordinating program development. Your goal will be to standardize and improve education across our footprint, promoting professional excellence and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness and relevancy, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a current, valid RN license issued by New York State Department of Education, a minimum of one year of homecare experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of State and Federal Regulations and Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines for home care are also essential. You should be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but not required.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000, based on experience. This figure includes base salary and benefits package. The exact salary will be determined based on individual qualifications and negotiation.
